MyCareer Objective Failed. Is this a glitch?

I tried out MyCareer for the first time in a few years and was having fun until I realized I am obligated to win 1 of my first 5 games in the league or else I can't progress and must continue to replay the 5th game.


Is this a glitch or is that how it was designed? I'm playing as a 70 rated backup point guard on Utah and have absolutely 0 chance of winning any of these early games (nor do I want to).

i was going to ask about this too. i have a center and in my game against the cavaliers i have a leadership quest where i/we have to score off 7 turnovers. is there a way to get past this even if failed and if not how am i supposed to control the team turning it over and then on top of it, make sure i/we score right after it?

i was going to ask about this too. i have a center and in my game against the cavaliers i have a leadership quest where i/we have to score off 7 turnovers. is there a way to get past this even if failed and if not how am i supposed to control the team turning it over and then on top of it, make sure i/we score right after it?

uhh just change your leadership skill to something easy. There's literally one that is "make 4 unassisted FGs" and another that is "make 6 unassisted FGs"

That's crazy then. That's actually really horrible, especially given that I'm usually sitting for the first 10 minutes of the 4th quarter when the team gets blown out.

lol Who thought forcing us to replay the same game over and over was a good idea? What is this 1996? If I fail a challenge in a mode like this I kind of expect it to just alter the story as oppose to completely stop progress.

Thats what I did. Its very easy to complete really.

Well i had to replay a few times not getting a goal so yeah lol.

I was playing just to get badges and vc and boy i wasent happy i had the replay the same game lol

Thank god brickley gives good badge progression.

Dropped my career and playing rec pretty exclusive now
