Late Game CPU Fouling Logic Issue

Since the last patch I'm seeing the CPU is fouling me in late game situations that make no sense to intentionally foul in. This is happening in both MyCareer and in MyNBA Eras.

In the Magic/Bird era I"m up by 3 points with 27 seconds left and the CPU decides to intentionally foul.

In addition the CPU is also calling timeouts in dumb situations late game. In that same game after I hit 2 free throws to make it a 5 point game, they called a timeout to advance the ball. They inbound the ball at half court and immediately use their next timeout. Right after the inbounds. I didn't even have time to do anything. They then preceded to use all of their remaining 3 timeouts, being stuck in a loop of inbounding and immediately calling a timeout.

Had the same thing happen in MyCareer. Seems someone messed with a formula in late game CPU management that messed everything up.

Re: Late Game CPU Fouling Logic Issue

I've run into very similar scenarios.

Just now, I was up by four and midway through my possession with 45 seconds left. At that point, despite there only being what must have been 13 or so seconds left on the shot clock, the Bullets opted to intentionally foul.

Then, just like your situation, once they regained possession and advanced the ball to midcourt with a time-out, they inbounded the ball and immediately called another time-out.

My workaround for the pre-emptive intentional foul has been to intentionally miss in order to give them a realistic chance.

Yea this is definitely a bug. I was down by 3 with 33 seconds to go and the CPU did an intentional foul. I unfortunately had late game intentional fouls set to auto. This needs to be fixed.

Seeing the same thing constantly. 1 score game, enough time for 2 possessions, team which is behind intentionally fouls instead of trying to get a stop.
