Re: NBA 2K23 Trade Deadline Roster Update Available
Credit to 2k for getting this done so quickly. Does anyone remember back in the day? We'd wait about a month for trades to go through. Now with the Woj and Shams it's pretty much game over locked-in deal lol. Hopefully we can add them to the game or something a long those lines. I'd love to see game breaking new in any situation offline. I think that would be funny. My guess they are little pricey lol

RIP to the OVR’s of all the new Laker additions whose numbers will plummet under the Laker system.
Production (OVR) is primarily based on role/opportunity,
Which is why Thomas Bryant was literally 81 OVR w/ the Lakers, and that figures to tank w/ DEN.
Lakers Ratings from 9/9/22 to Present
LeBron James: 98 (+2) Anthony Davis: 94 (+4)
Austin Reaves: 78 (+4)
Dennis Schroder: 78 (+3)
Lonnie Walker: 77 (+2) Wenyen Gabriel: 75 (+4)
Troy Brown: 72 (NC)
Max Christie: 72 (+1)
The Departed
Russell Westbrook: 81 (+3) Thomas Bryant: 81 (+5) Patrick Beverley: 75 (-3) - LOL look I found one
Kendrick Nunn: 74 (NC)
Damian Jones: 73 (+1)
Juan Toscano: 72 (NC)
Matt Ryan: 71 (+3)
LAKERS NET OVR ADJUSTMENTS: +29
The Newcomers
80 (+2) Jarred Vanderbilt
79 (+3) Rui Hachimura (went to 79 prior to Laker trade) 78 (-1) Mo Bamba
76 (+1) Malik Beasley 71 (-1) Davon Reed

When you do a Start From Today Association Cam Thomas doesn't have any of his stats from this season. Also Cam Thomas is severely underrated as a scorer.

Funny, wasn’t it you who said one man’s OVR decline is typically another’s gain, and vice versa?
Let’s circle back in 2 months and see if those OVR’s remain as they are.
Cause I can’t imagine a team with two guys in the mid-high 90’s- one being “The highest OVR in the game”, and multiple 80’s, then a solid collection of 77-79’s, being a play in team at best. Then again, it is the lakers so normal rules don’t apply.
