Load roster option on team select screen
More fouls on default settings, even loose ball foul. Laimbeer threw down Cartwright on a rebound in paint, was called
Eras score overlays no drop shadow, hardD to read, weird blue numbers!
No more stats in play now eras. Bland
Not every buzzer shot scripted hitting rim
Better variety of cut scenes with crowd and bench
Play now eras had Roundball Rock going to break!

- NBA Eras have some HALFTIME stuff?
- Photomode works on NBA Eras?
- TV Broadcast cameras have the same fast break bug of 2K23?

For the first time in 20 years, i dont buy NBA 2K on release date...

I'm tired of being cheated by 2K, year after year. If you can answer me, it might help me decide on purchasing, or not, the game in the future!

Have the classic teams/eras gotten the animation changes as well? Can we practice with edited rosters again? Or is that still gone.

I think people usually ask questions in the impression thread and whoever has the game will try to answer.

Roster for play now eras would be a great addition. Hopefully it works as expected.

Can you please do a play now using the CURRENT Bulls (with Derozan, Lavine etc) facing each other, and switch their jerseys (home and away) to the 93-98 jerseys, and let me know if they still get those epic 90’s warmup jerseys?? They have them in 2K23 but ONLY when you use the modern Bulls in modern era modes (it won’t work with the classic Bulls teams).

It is a big benefit for me since I use custom historic rosters in modern mode.

Would be major appreciated if you can check and let me know. I’m really curious to know if those warmups were exclusive to 2K23 or if they live on. And little things like that may determine if I get 2K24.

I’m also really curious to know if Jordan got new sigs. If you’re able to post screenshots of his sigs that’d go a long way.

Btw rounddball rock in eras is astonishing. That’s a little thing very much in favor of 24.

Yeah Jordan sigs. I’m curious if anything is different or added from last year.

Also does his jumpshot and sigs feel the same to you as 2K23 when simply playing?

My last Q would be if the 93-04 Bulls jerseys still get those cool finals badges on the jerseys if you get to the finals with them in modern eras mode (it would have to be the derozan team again using those jerseys) like they do in 2K23. But that would be way too much work to find out so no worries ok that lol.

First impressions from 1 full game:


- cpu offense is great and a real threat. go under a screen on garland and you get punished with a three
- the new layup and contact system is very organic and fun
- fast breaks a little better but still too rare

- movement feels more responsive, dribbling still has a little delay on input

- my favorite courtside cam is gone
- post game feels way better because of the new layup meter / contact game

- overall feels like a refined and polished 2k23 which is a good thing imo because i really liked it and feel like all my complaints are gone

Shooting is tough but feels fair. Layup timing feels much better than 2K23.

AI felt much better at finding open space and getting shots up when they found it.

AI double team in the post and defensive rotations off the double look really good (didn't see great help rotations on P+R or on drives tho)

Overall game feels smoother, can feel ProPlay changes even in little things your not visually clocking.
