How do you manually switch defensive assignment on the fly?

Did they remove this? Last year it was a simple command I could instantly do if someone pushed in transition and let's say, their center got picked up by my point guard. Now I'm just hopeless to force the switch back if this happens and my opponent will post my guard up from the damn foul line and the only thing I can do is force a double and further scramble my defense, or stand there manually trying to get them to switch, leaving a someone completely open on the perimeter.

Does anyone know at all what the quick switch commands are in 2K24???

I can’t get it to work this year. My player does a steal attempt every time. Disappointing thing for them to remove

Holding "A" on xbox usually works for me

Ok I FIGURED IT OUT! Although it's not as precise as it use to be... hold the A button down... and from what I can tell, that just switches you and the other nearest defender... so basically if u want to switch with someone, move toward them and once you're closest to them, hold A and the switch is instantaneous... I liked the old way better but this should still stop the BS I've been experiencing where if people push in transition, all kinds of silly mismatches happen like Bam getting picked up by Brunson... which is just idiotic and easily exploitable if you can't do a quick switch
