I'm just curious, has anyone had a successful coaches challenge at any point playing this game? In my franchise file I have challenged 4 calls and none were overturned so I'm curious as has anyone had a successful challenge in this game?

Yes. I've successfully challenged a foul at the three point line that was nowhere close, and an out of bounds that was given to the opposing team when it clearly went off their guy. But I lose them more then I win them, which should be the case

How do you challenge anyway? If you pause like Madden is there a " challenge play" option?

After a foul call, press the timeout button. The option to call a timeout or challenge the foul call will appear.

Yes, I successfully challenged a shooting foul and instead of my Opp taking two free throws, it became a jump ball

The other time I challenged an out of bounds call that looked like it went out off the opposing player but the ref called it out off my guy. I won the challenge and the ball back.

To be fair, I've played 35 - 40 games and challenged a call in almost all of them and was very surprised when it was successful.
