Is NBA today not working for anyone else? I am on a PS5 and for the last few days when I click on NBA today, it says there are no games.

They haven't updated any of the games data since the All-Star break yet. If you use "Start Today" for MyNBA, the date is 19/2/24, so the game still thinks it's the post-AS break and therefore no games.
Same issue in MyPlayer as well, in that you can't use the daily pick em feature. -
