What do you like setting player progression & regression to?

I tried player progression on 25 and it still feels too high (guys like Scoot still going up at least 5 points). Unless there's some kind of bug.

That's an interesting question for the community. I always keep default settings and I think players progress maybe too fast. But what annoy me the most is that every young player does. I think there is a percentage for boom or bust but I've never seen anyone not reaching his full potential

When I tried last week, I set progression to 25 but it felt no different.
