    All star

Had a great game on default all star. For me it’s not about beating the cpu. I wanna have a fair experience. I didn’t feel handicapped. I was able to generate some good paced basketball. Now I can win on superstar but i sometimes have to resort to exploiting tactics. Players played like they should, no 70 rated players killing from the three etc. it was overall a fun game.

Back in the day All star was the level that 2k was tuned for. I agree playing SS or even HOF are beatable but the flow of bb isn’t there.

Exactly, and you can still get smacked on all star. But many people prolly won’t admit it

I dominated the CPU on Superstar in 2K24, but I'm having a hard time winning on All Star on 2K25. Late contests don't seem to matter at all. If you're late to contest a shot, it's gonna be splash city. But in terms of FG%, although they're slightly high, that holds true for both me and the CPU, so it's fair and it doesn't feel like I'm being cheated. Instead, every possession matters and there are no easy games. If I get careless with the ball and the CPU ends up getting a few more steals than me, that can mean the difference between winning and losing.

Unless I get really good at the game over the course of this yearly cycle (or patches significantly change the gameplay, which I hope doesn't happen), I don't see myself playing on Superstar anymore. I'll stick with All Star this year.

Yes and you can use strategy now on d without a 70 rated 3 ball player splashing like Steph Curry.
