Post patch screens overpowered against CPU

I've played a number of games since the patch and noticed that the game has become a lot more difficult.

I find it a lot harder to score baskets, however one sure way of scoring is strolling to the edge of the perimeter and standing still. Call a screen and move slightly to the right and hit an open 3 point as the defender struggles to beat the screen. Next possession just repeat, 1 out of 3 times the defender will beat the screen but when they do you just don't take the shot and repeat the same thing again from the start or give it to another guard with high shooting.

No matter how many times you repeat this the defence don't change to combat this. I thought it was the job of ACE to recognise that screens were effective so to play a harder hedge to stop it happening again?

I can't say for sure if it was as easy as this before the patch but because certain other ways of scoring have been nullified it almost feels like this is the only sure fire way of getting an uncontested shot. I feel this Is something that needs to be rectified because it's pretty boring knowing that there is such an easy way to score open baskets. And the CPU offers very little resistance to combat this for the entirety of the game.

Is anyone else recognising this same issue?

Just an update on this, I have played more games and realised that this is an issue exclusively for all star difficulty. Going up to superstar and hall of fame the defence do a much better job. I actually am really enjoying the game right now and think 2k have done a great job.

I see this problem from the very beginning. It is not possible for the defender to crash every time on the screen instead of trying a switch or something else
This was happening even before the patch.
This is something the developers should fix with some urgency

You have two options until 2K (hopefully) will fix OP screens with a patch. The first is to lower Body Sensitivity as doing so greatly decreases the impact of collision between bodies. The drawback is that by doing so blow bys become easier too and some animations will look awkward (especially in the paint) as the lower you go and the more players will bypass defenders without any sort of collision. It's a matter of balance and finding a value that looks fine for you.

The other solution is to give everyone the Pick Dodger badge. It doesn't work as well as lowering Body Sensitivity but it has not the same drawbacks of the latter.

However the real problem is not that screens are OP since they are so also in reality (that's why they are a staple of the modern game), the problem is that the CPU is not able to adapt with the proper rotations as it happens in real life and, sadly, it doesn't seem that the 2K heads are too interested in having the devs put out resources to program proper rotations (since it's surely not easy and it would require time, a time that for them is better invested in the PvP modes).

It definitely got harder to score against the cpu post patch.
