it will be remote play playable. PS4 games don't need to have the "remote play" icon on the package because they automatically support that feature. Only games that require the PS4 camera (MOVE games) or games that have different controllers like BUZZ cannot be "remote played".
NBA 2K14 will be playable on the PS Vita through Remote Play. That's a big feature Sony was looking forward to in designing and programming the next gen console.
