my hands , ball security ect are all maxed out but whenever i seem to drive inside CPU seems like they can easily just grab the ball from me

does anybody know where I can practice free throws? I did the make 50 without missing two on pro because I was trying to get an oop off the backboard to get the tendency off 0. Ever since I switched up to superstar simulation I can't get a perfect release.

What's with the Sidekick deal..will team chemistry go way down if I say no? Any effects at all?
