no free agency and no you don't get to suggest players to pick up in free agency

So I'm a PG about to finish my 2nd season. Won the MVP, ROY, NBA Finals, and Finals MVP my first season. The only major cutscene/endorsment I have seen the entire 2nd season was my shoe endorsement deal with Nike. I am starting to get a little bored with the mode. Does anyone have suggestions to make the mode a little more fun/interesting?

How long does it take to get your team chemistry back up after being traded to a new team being you don't have the carry baggage, shooting FT, wearing the clown nose, looking at game film etc. stuff?

So what happens when your contract is up? Do you get signed automatically to the team you are on?
