now i got what you're guys describing...it happened to me 3-4x already. But I havent lost the saved game. Whenever I reboot ps4 and put in again the game, its still there. This happen to me whenever I try to purchase either attributes or apparels.

Probably only for purchased VC, since you can show a receipt that says you bought it. I was thinking they should give out 10k or so VC as a "Sorry for the trouble" type of thing.
Honestly it's worth a shot to request your VC back, as completely losing all that time an effort shouldn't go unnoticed.

Yea that's what I'm experiencing now; it'll crash, I'll start it back up and be fine til it crashes again.
Before it would crash while loading the save, thaaaaat's when you know it's screwed.

I understand....very frustrating when it happens. Funny thing is that every time its saving or loading im crossing my fingers. THIS should not happen. I wonder if this also happens to other NG games.

Actually yea, when I googled the error when it first happened it was actually Battlefield 4 that came up. People were having trouble playing online.
So I'm assuming the error means that there was an issue with the server and had to quit.
