was there any confirmation that best buy would have a $10 upgrade for current gen to next gen in the US?

I have asked several different employees at different times if I would be able to trade in my CG 360 version to the 1 version for 10$. Each of them has told me as long as I am a power up member I am able to do that.

I'm sorry, this was at gamestop, not best buy.
