You CAN Play Couch Co-op and CPU vs. CPU in MyGM

Is it possible to play in one team with a friend in the Season Mode, not in the MyGm Mode?

Is there a way to delete the update for Xbox One. The memory is different from the 360. I installed the game but was unaware that it was applying an update as well. There is a "restore to factory default" option but I am not sure it will work.

2K please patch in co-op in MyGM. Makes no sense for this not to be an option.
