Haven't played the XB1 version, but from what I've read, the PS4 version has some AA applied to it to smooth out jaggies. They've been said to run at the same 1080p resolution...one such comparison can be found here (around middle page);

...as the article states, the rumble triggers (XB1) are supposed to be pretty cool. The PS4 controller rumbles while ball handling as well, but the placement of the XB1 rumble on the triggers is said to be a nice touch.
All in all though, I think the differences are almost negligible.
