Turns out, I was completely wrong about Ronnie Brewer... He's going to be a HUGE part of my bench.

Against Utah, my starting 5 was really struggling, so I took them all out and put in Livingston, Terry, Brewer, Evans, and Blatche. They completely turned it around. Brewer hit some 3s that got us going and he really fueled the defense. My bench ended up playing more minutes that game than my starters.

Against Washington, my starters played well on offense, but John Wall was absolutely killing me... So I put Ronnie Brewer on him. When I made the change, John Wall already had 28 points. He ended the game with 32 points and my lead spread from 1 point to 14 points. Needless to say, we won.

So I'm 2-1 (3-2 overall) since trading for Brewer, and my team seems to be finding a groove. Next up is Indiana. It should be a good test to see where we are.

I'm a huge Pistons fan, and have disagreed with a lot of our draft picks over time (mostly during the Joe Dumars era). In fact, before each Pistons pick each year, I make the pick myself - who I would take. What I've done for MyGM is compile a custom roster of MY Pistons team - every draft pick that I would have made, dating back to the 2003 fateful draft (when I would have drafted Carmelo Anthony). I've then completed the other team's rosters with each player on the roster of the team that they originally began their career on (Lebron - CLE, Bosh - TOR, Paul - NOP, Harden - OKC, etc...). I've even put the foreign players on the teams' rosters that hold their draft rights (Mirotic - CHI, etc..). The thought is, what might have been if all these guys wouldn't have left their original teams, and if I had my way with my favorite team. It makes for a great Franchise/MyGM experience, and all of the CPU teams have 15 players, so they don't end up making any FA signings in year 1.

In any case, if you would like the roster, I can share it. Just let me know. I will take my Pistons team, and return them to each of their respective first teams (Melo back to DEN, etc..), for purposes of you potentially creating the same with your favorite team. I'd just go back through each year of the draft, and say, "who would I have drafted as GM", and put them on your team's roster before entering MyGM.

Started My Gm today and I decided to use the Phoenix Suns because they need some help and have a young core with Beldsoe and Dragic. We need to make a couple deals for some big men and try to get better fast. This should be a big challenge because this team is terrible.

I was playing around with MyGM one day and i started one with the Celtics. Id di a bunch of trades and attempted to get them into the playoffs, i ended up a 5 seed losing in the first round to the Knicks. surprisingly the celtics young guys had good value

my starting lineup ended up this:
