Has anyone been able to link the MYNBA2K14 app for IOS or Android with the PS4 version of the game?? If so how did you do it?

Haven't been able to yet. The app keeps rejecting my email and password. I know both are correct.

i dont think it works with next gen. the app description only says xbox 360 and playstation 3.

If that's so then why does it constantly tell me to get the App during loading screens on the PS4? I was really hoping to get this....

Is it possible to collect VC through the app before having 2k14 for PS4 if I already have a 2k account? Considering how important VC is for MyCareer and MyGM I'd like to get a headstart on collecting VC before the game releases in Europe.
