Question How to record and capture gameplay?

I just got the ps4 today and have the elgato high def capture card, I was wondering how to use it to record gameplay footage. I used it for the ps3 and was simple to set up but I know there isnt a connection on the back of the ps4 for this, has there been an update or patch yet to be able to use capture cards in specific the elgato? Thanks for any help..

Re: How to record and capture gameplay?

PS4 still uses HDCP protection. Sony has said they will be allowing HDMI capture but so far haven't and we don't know when they're going to do it. There are ways around the protection of course, and most youtubers posting PS4 footage are using those.
