First we'd suggest trying booting into Safe Mode from this guide offered by Sony:
From this guide, what we'd suggest is the "Rebuild Database" option. Note: The Initializing option does state that it will wipe your date. When booting into Safe Mode, please make sure not to choose this option."
I attached a screenshot of the response 2k Support sent me. I'm at work so I can't try and see if it works. I know we all are suffering, so someone try and let the community know. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
