Is anyone else on the PS4 crashing when entering NBA today with error code CE-34878-0?? It worked fine yesterday but now it crashes everytime. I've tried deleting all my save files but it still crashes. I can play games in my GM with no problem but as soon as I enter NBA today it crashes.Tags: None -

I was on NBA Today earlier tonight and running through some practice drills around & est... then logged out for 10 minutes. When I logged back in I got that error message and have been getting it everytime I have tried since.Comment

Re: NBA Today Crashing CE-34878-0 Error
I found this when I googled the Error code.
For people who are worried about your saves. I think if you have ps+, your saves are automatically saved to their cloud.
I'm trying the steps now. The system update is taking forever. I'm only @ 2% after 15 minutes.
Edit. Updating the system software in safe mode wasn't working for me. So instead I initialized the PS4 in safe mode, exited safe mode then went back to regular mode. After that I made sure the my system had the latest firmware update. Then I went to settings and then to psn, and put my PSN login back in. I then put the 2k14 disk back in the ps4, and my ps4 automatically re-installed and updated the game. After the re-install and update, it seemed to fix the problem and I'm not getting the error anymore.
I hope that works for people.Last edited by thelakeshow; 11-22-2013, 10:59 AM.Sometimes you gotta' stand by your failures to recognize your success.Comment
