I have both Systems.

PS4 - Let's me play the game both offline and online - WINNER
XB1 - Can barely start a game and get kicked to main menu. Really ticking me off. Opened support case with 2k, no response. Tweeted them, no support.
2k can stick it as far as I am concerned.

Well in my experiences, PS4 looks a tiny bit better only if you're really paying attention. Xbox has brighter colors, I'm playing on a calibrated 51 inch Samsung plasma.

I do find it easier to perform dribbling moves on Xbox than PS4

You really can't go wrong with either one honestly
