Quick question about 2K mobile app

So, I have over 11,000 VC points on my mobile app that I saw had seemlesly transferred over to my xbox 360 (when it was connected). I just want to know if there's a way to sych the mobile app (and corresponding vc) with next gen systems?

mobile app doesn't even work with next gen from the comments I read.

I have been trying to log in and it keeps saying email isn't correct. Check your email on the MyPlayer screen...i'm on The One so that's why I can't use the app? Was wondering cause I know i'm putting in he right info

If you read the app description it says for Xbox 360 and PS3 only. I was very disappointed when I read it and deleted the app.

I wrote support to find out for sure about this too and the response was that the app doesn't work for next-gen systems and there is no official info whether it will be updated for next-gen compatibility. Here's the correspondence below:

I always get an error message "Network Error. Please try again later." I have tried at different times throughout multiple days.
I only pre-ordered the game for PS4 though so if the app does not work with PS4 then I guess I'll just delete it anyway.
Are there any plans to make the app compatible with PS4 or to release a PS4 compatible app in the near future?

The app doesn't apply to the PS4/XBOX ONE version's of the game. What happens when you try to log into the app? Do you get any kind of error message on your screen?

I cannot login to my 2k account with the app. I can login fine on the website.
Also does the VC earned in the app apply to the PS4 version?

I doubt it will. It will take some more money out of their pocket
