Still can't play online? Please help

Got the game and Xbox one at midnight release, been trying to play online games or My Team since and it doesn't work.. When I play the domination mode in My Team, it says that I need xbox live for this feature.. well I clearly have it considering I'm half way through a game.. and it's not my internet going out either, I'm still on Xbox live, and this doesn't happen in any other game.

When I've tried playing online the last 2 days it says I can't connect to servers.. now today it just searches on and on and on until it freezes or I get a thing saying it takes too long to load.

This is the only game it's happening for, can anyone help me?

Worst online game ive ever played. Seems like its getting worse with time as well.

I can get into the park although all the courts are glitches but quick matches and team ups etc I haven't managed to get on once since I got it on launch

Same issue.

I can't even play an offline game, it kicks me to the main menu stating I need Xbox Live (which I have Gold for 10 years),

No support. I emailed support Friday, no response.

This is crazy.

I have the disk based game. I deleted the install and trying a re-install today.

Taking HOURS !!!! Still not done and I have the disk version.


Every othe XB1 game I have (Forza, CoD, Madden) have no issues so I know my XB1 is fine
but 2K is a punch of idiots

Good news from my end. After spending all day Saturday trying to play online (servers were down) yesterday and this morning it worked like a charm. Idk whether you have to have a really good internet connection for it to work or not but take this for what it's worth. When I was connected with wifi, I couldn't play online. I couldn't purchase VC. I could only play mycareer and quick games. So I am now connected via wired cable and it works. Park, online quick games, MYTEAM, everything. I know it's 2k servers that are the problem but it seems the better connection you have the better it will work.

Have a theory though I can't prove.

My XB1 network is showing NAT Strict

CoD shows NAT: Open


When you switched to a wire probably changed NAT type.

I have an Apple Router, so not much config I can do
