Can't Scroll Through Menu (Xbox One)

Whenever I boot up NBA 2k14 on the Xbox One, the menu screen comes up however I cannot scroll through it at all. Can't use my D-Pad or the thumbstick. Every once in a while it will start working after a minute or so but most of the time it just goes to the demo and I have to exit the demo, go back to the main menu and then sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Anyone else have this issue?

Make sure your profile is logged in.... Launch another game and scroll through the menus and then re-launch the game. It happens to me regularly and needs to be patched.

At my ropes end!!

This is without a doubt the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a 2k Product and I've been around since DC! I went out and with my hard earned money and bought 2k14 for my 360 in Oct, then thought I'd have a "much better experience" with NG Xbox 1. I've played since Friday I'd say what 5 games tops why so few you ask? because for some odd reason I CAN'T select anything from the menu. This game just seems to lock up and become nothing more then demo footage for me to watch and dream of one day playing. Perhaps IF Ronnie or LD2k ...or anybody from 2k took the time to play on the Xbox 1 instead of always playing on the PS4, they could've seen that there were issues playing on this console. I know I'm not alone with this....but the fact is I feel ripped off because I'm definitely not getting my moneys worth with NG!
