Anybody else having problems getting game to install?

I had to take the disc out and put back in to start back up the install process. Last night I was stuck on 87percent and had to just uninstall it. Now it wants to stop installing every so often. Very frustrating! Then on top of it I hear the game kinda sucks. Salt in the wound!
