Plz help,is there Any way to change &/or turn off the shot stick?

I'm tired of accidentally shooting when I'm trying to do dribbling moves,I know it's better to shoot with the stick but I'm just more comfortable pushing the button to shoot..is there any tips or help you can give me because it's highly annoying. Ps I'm a vet also but this yrs is different & the stick shooting is rlly screwing me up.

You can change it to iso / shot which is similar to 2k13's but 2K is stupid and forgot to include a way to alley using the old controls, so it's basically useless.

I still find doing things on the new controls complicated, sometimes I try to stepback and my guy doesn't do it, half the time I try a floater or runner it doesn't work. I don't like that we're forced to use the stick for everything now

Wow man seriously?!? That's bull yo,thanks for the help man...smh guess I'm stuck trying to use the stick and jacking shots while trying to dribble around,ridiculous
