CPU doesn't know talent in draft?

I've done a couple sim throughs right now through MyGM and every time I get to the draft it seems the CPU doesn't know talent for the first couple of picks. Whenever I use a custom draft class (mine or someone elses) the first couple of picks are the worst players in the class. In fact I just simmed right now and the draft seemed to be going in reverse of talent with all the top picks not going until the 2nd round and scrubs with 50 ratings going top 5. Is it glitched out for anyone else?

I had where Parker Wiggins didnt go till the 15th or so lol

Wanted to bump this up to see if anyone else has experienced this

I'm on PS4 and used the top downloadable draft class (the specific name escapes me at the moment), but everything went over just fine. I took Parker first, Wiggins went 2nd, Randle 3rd, etc.

In my game Jackson Ellis went undrafted. Than picked up by the thunder Lol

Is this really not happening to anyone else? For me it's every time. Thelottery are always scrubs where sometimes a top rated guy will go somewhere in the lottery. Then after lottery everything seems to be fine again and the draft proceeds to go along with the best rated guys getting picked first.
