Looking at BBB's website someone obviously got their VC, and some "extra", after filing a complaint.

No other business in the world could get away with refusing refunds so blatantly.

In a world where social media can tear down a brand in minutes its clear 2k has no regard for the value of retaining and satisfying their customers.

It shouldn't take contacting the BBB or idle threats to get some basic fundamental customer service.

I reported an issue with lost VC due to CE-34878 error and jumped through the hoops they asked me to with regards to recreating the crash, submitting the report, and answering a bunch of questions.

All they said was "we'll look into it".

I think they're of the mind that if they don't refund the VC, we'll just buy more

Well I can't even buy VC if I wanted too. I get an error every time I attempt to, and I've been waiting for my VC since release day.

I thought they were giving people their VC back right away? I thought my cousin was the only one who had the issues, he's been waiting for about 3 weeks.

Over 3 weeks here and they probably won't ...on the ps3/360 it took them around 1-2 days usually
