I've asked this in Q & A thread but nobody answered. I'm thinking of getting nba 2k14 on ps4 but I've read some stuff that you need an internet connection to play etc.

Do I need internet to play myGM or can you play it completely offline?

After the latest patch with the VC chaos going on, how does VC affect myGM?

I'm not interested in mycareer that much and only in mygm...so hoping that they didn't ruin it with micro transactions.

You need internet access to get VC, and without VC there's not much you can do in MyGM. Edit rotations, fire and hire staff, you need to spend VC to unlock these abilities. And not unlocking certain things will lead to morale going down, which could eventually lead to you getting fired.

Patch #3 was just submitted, but we don't know how it affects MyGM yet (no patch notes).
