Supended from team and now game crashes........

So my SECOND My Career player gets suspended because I hung out with the team and didn't take responsibility with the GM. Now the game crashes while loading for my next game.

This after I postponed my FIRST My Career during the impossible 20 perfect shot mechanics mini-game.

I am really digging this game and look forward to playing it after coming home from work but these random crash issues are really getting frustrating.

Starting to get buyers remorse with the whole Xbox One thing. Sure hope the upcoming patch fixes these issues!!!
