Runing plays?

How often do you guys run plays in the game? I was just woundering because I never run plays I just pass the ball and try to get open and drible and set pick and rulls. Also if you push L1 on ps4 it select best play quike play how does the game decide that play should be the one to run? is it just random? Last thing when you have the ball you change you offense strategy. You can change the action form motion cuts to freelance actions to space the floor dose any one use that? and what is half court set thing that you can change form 4 out in 1 to 3 out 2 in to auto do?

I use the 'best play' a lot, will use positional play call if a guy gets hot. If the play breaks down, then Ill start calling for picks, go iso etc.

The best play button is decided by the offensive POE. If my POE is pick and roll the 'best play' button gives me lots of picks and rolls.

Not sure how it works for run in transition
