Clarification needed: Is Patch 3 out yet?

Hi,

I have Xbox one NBA2K14. I can not start a MyCareer or a MyGM (trying to use custom rosters).

I was wondering two things:

1) Are there people who can play MyCareer or MyGM at this point? if so how do we make it work?

2) Is PATCH #3 out yet? i am unclear ifit has been sent to XBOX 1 and not released to users yet or if it does have been released to users. I am assuming this patch is supposed to solve these issues.... if not, I am hoping there is another patch in the works..

Any clarification would be appreciated.

No patch 3 is not out yet i wish it was i want to start a new MyCareer already without any bugs

Patch 3 will hopefully be out soon.

You can create a new mygm or mycareer and *probably* not have issues (at least I haven't in the past week), but you cannot use custom rosters.

For PS4,the non-US players didn't have the patch 2 yet ...

How do you know you cant use custom rosters?

After syncing 2K data I crash back to menu everytime I start MyGm or MyCareer.

on what console
