Try hard resetting your console. I think it clears the cache or something because it fixed that for me.

I also noticed saving in a career game (not the park), closing out the app/game and restarting reapplied the bug and a hard reset is required again.

Hope this helps.

Honestly, patch brought more bugs and my settings still aren't saving. Damn camera angles!

The headbands do show in the park as well as hats, tattoos and glasses/goggles. However, any armbands, leg accessories (including ankle gear) do not show. I also forgot... the finger and hand covers will show, go figure!
