In the offseason when your trying to resign your players you wont be able to do it MY resigning players.... until you sign them in the free agent period....

the players your trying to resigning they always tell you they will think about it... the best thing you can do to that point is change the salary but not the roles or years etc...

after the draft try and resign the players that were on your roster most of the time they will prefer you anyways and you can still use the home town pitch

When I make attempts to sign players I can't even edit the offer of the contract. I try to hit down on both the left stick and the pad but in the end my only options are to offer the contract, or walk away. I don't understand.

When resigning YOUR free agents the best thing I know is to do 2 full circles on the left stick anti clockwise when you are at the offer screen. It will drop it down so you can change the amount you are offering, not the years or roles though.

Sounds rediculous I know but it actually works. Saw it randomly replied amongst facebook comments raging about the servers a few days ago.

So you can increase the amount you are offering them to what they want if you really want to keep them on your team.

(This works for me on ps4, not sure if it works on XB1)
