PSN Network Down? No Season Mode. Thanks 2K. Another Fail.

Yeah i'm out here in KS and PSN is kinda down, it's weird. I can download stuff from the PS store, but i can't view my friends list. Also can't play nba 2k14 my career or mygm because of 2k's absolutely terrible idea to make it rely on online connection being established to play. I seriously don't understand the logic in that, stupid idea.

I found this out when my net went out a week ago and my humble little OKC season became unplayable.

I found out that when starting a mode you have to be offline otherwise you cant access it offline, ever.

2K or its hypeman Ronnie 2K NEVER informed customers of this prior. It doesnt even tell us in game. It borders on consumer fraud.

In a perverse way, I hope the servers are down for a month and then consumers will let them know they can stick this online requirement up their asses.

2K should implement something that saves the VC earned during online saves offline when the servers go down, so when you return online, you get the deserved VC you need. That would pretty much solve the offline/online save issue.
