After weeks of playing this game I finally maxed out my attributes, got the 7 sig skills and the 3 badges. Currently at my 4th season in this game, yet I am capped at 97, I am a 6'4 Point Guard.

Is it impossible to get to 99, or is it that a PG can't reach it?

My PG is capped as well. I think that's by design.

It's gotta be possible. My guy is not capped at all yet and I have a 93 with a green arrow that gives me +3. So that makes me a 96 overall.

I think the signature skills and stat gear contribute which gives you additional overall.
