Xbox One Patch stuck at 97%

i have the same problem, 2 days i clear, re install and nothing...could it be a problem related to the "server down" problem?

the problem is, as dubs42 says, the download stops, so you risk to let it one night downloading but it won't...i think its a server problem

well there must be some kind of problem if : both me and dubs42 got the game yesterday, both experiencing the same exact problem, both have to restart the installation...

I'll be reporting if i finally resolve the problem

And i'm back. I deleted everything, re-installed the disk offline, downloaded the patch online...it did the same damn thing and just stalled on 97%. Roughly an hour and a half later it moved up to 98%....hour later it was done. There was a roster update after which took 20 minutes for some unknown reason.

2k customer service told me that on xb1, if you can get online, then you have the latest patch. That it won't let you online unless you do.

True or false?
