I just submitted a support ticket for this. I played 42 minutes and got 67 against Detroit. Still lost though because I was playing with the bench players who can't defend anyone when their energy is at 2%. I have me, Spencer Hawes, Lavoy Allen, MCW, and Wroten playing 41 minutes each (until someone fouls out). How the eff do we fix this?
Also the playcalling... it doesn't work! It's always freelance.
I'm done with MyCareer until this stuff is fixed. MyGM all the way. Go Pistons!!
Anyone know ifthere is a way to fix the substitution glitch? 2ksupport doesn't want to help. I played 41 of 44 minutes in my last game and the rest of the starting 5 played the whole game.
To be fair there are some stars that play that much
I'm the 6th man, and it's clear it's a glitch. We played a 6 man rotation and everyone had low energy by the final 5 minutes of the game. Points of emphasis won't change either.
Stars do play that much, but not entire teams...
Two games ago it was the whole second unit for 41 minutes until Spencer Hawes fouled out. Me, Tony Wroten, Lavoy Allen, Spencer Hawes playing 40+ minutes is a glitch - plain and simple.

I wouldn't call it a glitch it's nothing new in the 2k series
All too true... but there has got to be a way around this, some kind of fix. The lack of playcalling in MyCareer is almost a game breaker, but combining that with the substitution issue I can't get past it.
Yes this bug is still in. If your dynamic goal doesn't get resolved one way or the other, you will be on the court for the full second half, and your coach won't sub anyone in or out.
This was said in the patch notes to have been fixed but the bug is still there.

I had this happen to me in my previous MyCareer before patch #3. However, it wasn't because of a dynamic goal. I'd just get subbed in as the 6th man and never get subbed back out. Same goes with the guys that were in with me when I got subbed in. Sometimes DeMarcus Cousins would play a full game with no rest. Happened to me about 6 straight games before I started over.

That's what they said was causing it in the patch note. I've had a couple of instances of not getting subbed out when it seemed like it was caused by the dynamic goals, but I'm not sure.
Anyway, the bug is still there and I sincerely hope they get a fourth patch out and fix this.
yea, im still playing far to many minutes, but the only time i never get subbed out is when dynamic goal is still up (bring team to within X points) is usually the one
Same thing has been going on with me recently. Once I got named starter I have yet to be subbed out of the game. Even funnier is the one game I got credited for playing 49 minutes after playing a full regulation game. It's happened four games straight so far and I just stopped playing.
i played ridiculous minutes the other day and got 60 points and 25 boards (12 min quarters, all-star/sim difficulty). i just bumped myself up from default 8 min quarters, pro/reg difficulty because i wanted more realistic team numbers and to give myself more challenge. i followed the 60/25 up with 30/15. do you guys put up these kind of numbers? the 30/15 came in a 20-point blowout in which i didn't get subbed out in the 4th, and i'm a starter. not sure if these bloated numbers are a result of no subs in the 4th or do i just need to up difficulty. i used to play all-star difficulty for years, then a couple years back, i went to pro because it played more realistic. this year, pro got a little too easy, so i went back up to all-star. never thought i was good enough to go higher than that.
