auto run plays

I originally asked about the continual bumping and general mess in and around the paint when in the half court set, but it seems more appropriate to elaborate on it here.

In searching for other things on youtube I noticed in the videos where people seemed to be "freelancing" the offence this bumping was reduced and was much more realistic. Ihave auto play calling turned on, could this be the problem?

I play with offensive play calling on auto. Have not noticed any bumping unless they get too close to the defender. Are you talking about when you are on the defensive side?

No when on offense sometimes it becomes a jumbled mess with players running all over the place, doesn't really feel like an organised offense.

Yeah that's what I've been saying since forever, watch a real game and then watch 2k. The spacing is horrible in this game.

Does anyone know how to get the CPU to run an offense? I am using a slider set that I like but I never see the CPU running things like Pick n Roll or other things.
