How do you know how much money you have to spend during FA? Is it your salary cap? I was looking forward to signing LBJ with Cleveland.

Right now there is a glitch with free agency that ruins negotiations. I don't even want to start a MYGM until they fix it. It's unbelievable...

Yeah i can only offer LBJ 22mil even though we have a lot of cap room.
