I usually always get a A- A or A + on FT and I only hit about 85% of them.

But I guess people will claim that is the NBA average.

i use the spurs and ive missed soooooo many A-'s with tony parker
granted his FT is an 81


but you know its a problem with freethrows when even computer on hall of fame sim is missing 2 FTs in the clutch with dirk

not saying its not possible for dirk to miss 2 FTs in the clutch, but giving as to how hof does nothing but try 2 cheat you in every way possible, that says alot when even the computer struggles at the line sometimes

I miss A- free throws, but make C+'s, myself. Normally I can keep myself from paying those "grades" any attention though, pretty much for that reason.

The only problem is most of the misses come late in the 4th Q when the CPU Is trying to get back in the game.

I rarely ever miss FGs in the first 3 Qs, I shoot like 95% but it seems to go way down to like 60% late in the 4th quarter.

It always seems if the cpus you and you are up by 2, 90% of the time you are going to miss the first FT just so the CPU has a chance to tie with a 3.

I don't think there are many times where when its under a minute in the game and I am at the line that I drain both FTs and this is with Jordan.

Sure Jordan is only 83% for his lifetime FT but he rarely ever missed FTs when the game was on the line.

I noticed that FTs are much harder to make this year. A- and B+ will miss so much compared to last year when a B+ was pretty much a guaranteed point. I don't mind it now as it makes FTs have more pressure in tight games, but yea, they definitely changed the success rates or something.

Honestly I don't think the letter grade matters much. I think the game is just scripted. Period. I've noticed in certain situations that regardless of the release, I will still miss free throws. It usually happens when the A.I is about to go on a run. I swear it seems like the game is preventing me from gaining a serious lead (usually no more than 5 pints). I wish I could take face to face with the developers. I just want to know who in the hell would want to play a basketball game were everything was pre-determined?

Some animations are glitched. Change his free throw form and you'll be good. I hit 56% with A or B+ in myCareer, changed my form to Steve Nash and hot 90% now. No rating changes.
