User timing or real player %?

So I am doing my Gm and after a while I have pretty much perfected everyone on my team's release. So I am thinking of switching to real player %. I like realistic stats and scores. Even if I adjust the sliders I am still shooting a pretty high percentage with certain players. So can anyone give me the pros and cons of using real player percentage vs user timing? Or any other suggestions.
