Does the CPU ever miss?? lol

I can live with the CPU hitting open jumpers etc...but when they make bout %99 of contact layups its pretty frustrating. Are there any sliders I can bump up or down to fix this?

It was a issue for me too, then I started using sliders.

I think i reduced contact shot down to 40 or 35

There are a few but I like JW55 allstar with a few small modifications.

Raise the defensive sliders (take off and release) put them on atleast 70 and/or raise Help Defense to 75. The goal is to have good players miss occasionally, bad players miss enough.

for 3 pointers for the CPU I had to move their slider down to 35-40 range. Because when it was at the default 50 they were hitting over 50% of their pointers.

now its more like it should be and its around 25-40% depending on the team.

It would appear not. The opponent shoots regularly 50% from 3pt land in MyCareer while my teammates consistently miss wide open shots.

Of course I'm running on hall of fame simulation and you can't change sliders in MyCareer so it's kind of expected. At least, the part about CPU making all their shots. I don't see why my teammates always have to miss though.
