MyGM Ignored phone calls

I managed to piss off the Lakers GM to the point where he told me to not bother calling back anymore because he won't answer anymore. Anyone know how long before he starts answering again? Or is it something where I need to improve my Trade skills before he'll answer again?

I pissed off the 76ers GM around the beginning of the season and by the trade deadline, he started answering my calls. I didn't upgrade my trade ability, so I think it probably takes a month or so until they answer.
