Has anybody been able to call 2k support?

Whenever i call them it's either all circuits are busy or i wait 30-40 mins on the phone with music playing nobody answers

Yup called the week of the intial release date and still have not heard back from them. Even with escalating emails. After a while you just give up and go and play something else. Not worth my time.

That pisses me off my tickets been in since the 16th they haven't done nothing but apologize and said they were going to get the ticket resolved which was over a month ago now never seen worse support for gamers then this,

I got on. Got put on hold on for 20 minutes then was hung up on. Checked my email, got a canned response about the time I was hung up on.

Stop complaining and just sell it on craigslist or something and move on with your life.
