Why is 2K14 still a laggy mess?

I've been patient for 2 months now, and I still experience such a laggy online experience (PS4) .

WTF? I mean really now, this is getting close to the BF4 level of brokenness. Just yesterday, I saw someone who just got a PS4 with 2K14 and immediately they complained about the atrocious input lag that makes playing 2k14 online such a sloppy mess.

Once you get past these graphics, this game is such a huge disappointment. I will no longer fall into the hype of their future games until I know they have fixed their game.

2 or 3 patches now, and many people are still facing NUMEROUS issues. SMH. Broken *** game.

Servers of 2k were never good i tried 2 online games and you either get kicked out or a long delay its just unplayable should have never made this a online game and should have improved the servers for next gen knowing it was going to be a big game

Lag along with cheesy bums online are enough to drive you insane. A next-gen with all the previous gen issues.

The game is unplayable online. There's a 1-second delay on every performed action. It's very frustrating.

2K can't seem to get their servers to be reliable, it's always been an issue with them. And it really is inexcusable at this point.
