Where the heck can I find equipment (shooting sleeves, headbands, etc) to add my player in career mode? I go to features from the main menu and I can only find where to create shoes, and edit physical features of my player. Apparently I'm missing something here. Thanks!

My player store then move tabs until you find gameday accessories

Is this from the menu inside myplayer?
