Are two buttons used to call timeouts and intentionally foul?


Seriously, what a horrendous design decision. How can you have something so pivotal that decides games mapped to two button presses?

Just lost a game due to losing crucial seconds trying to intentionally foul.

. . .it's really not hard to hit 2 buttons.

That being said, it is kind of a stupid design. What i think is a dumber design was that hitting square quickly in rapid succession is also a way to intentional design. But, it's not surprising. This year has been full of questionable designs from the devs.

Yeah of course not but what I was trying to say that chess is a tough game and checkers is easy and that 2k turned the game from something easy to something hard, there's no need to make fouling two buttons, it was fine the first way.

The reason is there are no other available buttons left. You don't want it on L3 or R3. And for steals, it keeps ppl for spamming the steal button. You spam, you foul!

What you should have said is that 2K has turned riding a bike into piloting an airplane. NBA 2K is in no way a chess game. Strategy-wise, it's closer to tic-tac-toe.

All I know is sometimes I hit the steal button and an intentional foul comes out. Then I get the weird commentary about wanting to take a break.
